I was a little discouraged when I read the reviews. Hat was too big, too small etc. I said what the hell I'll buy it since it's so cheap and if anything I'll just return it. I just received mine today and I have to say it's a great looking hat for the price and for being gore-tex. I was expecting it to be too small for my head and I have a huge head 7-1/2 and it fit perfect. The band inside stretches and fits like a glove. The next thing I did was run my faucet and placed the hat under it and it did what I need it to do. The water just rolled off.. not bead.. it rolled off. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was the fact the brim was not extra long the back as it shows in the picture, but still not going to returning it.

I got this thinking the pic would be the hat. No it isn't that big so either the man in the pic is really a child then he is a small man.
