This cap is very warm and well made. The back portion can be pulled down over the neck for more warmth.

I bought this hat to shield my head from the relatively mild winters we experience in central New Mexico and, so far, has been great. I especially like that it keeps my ears warm at outside temperatures of around 10 degrees and does a great job of cutting out wind. It has served me well and I plan to continue wearing it daily. One note, it does get noticeably itchy after wearing it for an extended period of time, but this is certainly preferable to being frozen

Nothing wrong with the product or shipping time, just that it really isn't a "one size fits all" hat. I normally wear a size 7-7/8 hat, which is considered X-tra large by any hat standards because I don't like a tight fitting hat (headaches). Anyway, given this I found that I really can't wear it, although I do like the style. Keep this in mind should you be thinking of buying one.
