The older Flexfit caps were made of better material. They aren't sized as large as the older ones. The caps fit tight on me and take a while to loosen up. It's a good cap but not as good as they once were.

I have a big head and I usually wear a size 8 fitted hat. I might be one size bigger because even sometimes I feel that wearing an 8 is a little tight at times. So I wanted to try a flex fit and the XL-XXL size fits perfect. The only minor thing is that when the front two panels of the hat (located above the bill of the hat) meet the next side panels of the hat, it slightly dips in a little, rather than being flush. But maybe that's just a Flexfit thing. Not a big deal, but I just wanted to point that out. But I still rate it 5 stars for the price and the quick delivery.

Good appearance and quality for price. 'Was concerned about not having adjustment strap options... so this was a "test purchase" to make sure the fit was ok...now I will order more in different colors. Be sure to accurately measure head and order appropriate size.

I have a 7 7/8 hat size, so it's hard to find hats at retail stores that fit in circumference and are deep enough, this one is great! I might pick up another couple in different colors. They are not too thick, which is not great in the winter but I am sure I will like it in the summer.
