This is a one-size-fits-all hat and I was worried about it because I have an unusually large head for a woman (indicating that I'm super intelligent, of course 8-] ). However, the knit stretches to fit and it's quite warm. It's attractive, too, and well made. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that the chin straps are a bit short, and the claim that it is lined is only partly true. The lining does not extend all the way throughout the hat. That might be to allow the knit to stretch at the top, but they should say so. Not a big deal, though. It's a good hat, well made, and warm. I'm ordering another one for my big-headed brother.

sweet hat. totally comes from people who know how to stay warm. the wool keeps your noggin' warm and the polartec keeps your noggin' from itching. this hat has the "my grandma hand-knit this for me" feeling but doesn't have the 1988 outdated look.

I wear my green Jiri hat all the time in the winter! Here in Minnesota it is the perfect warmth for cold winter days. Apparently the hat has become a signature of my appearance, so since I lost it the other day I definitely need a new one!

I bought this hat for those cold winter mornings when I walk the dog exactly what I wanted. Fleece band along inside edge is soft so it doesn't itch.

It fits me fine, but it might be a little snug for some though it might stretch out a bit after use.
