The hat that I ordered from Amazon, shown here and online (an all white fedora with a white hat-band) did not arrived, and I needed it within the next few days for a stage performance costume. It had an unacceptable black hat-band, which was another product by this manufacturer. I had to scurry to find a seamstress who could remove the black band and sew on a white one, which cost me more than the total price of the hat plus shipping. The manufacturer would not reimburse my shipping cost, when I contacted them and filed a complaint.
