I am disappointed at what arrived in the mail. The picture shows a slouchy beanie. What arrived is a tight a beanie. Not at all what I expected. I wanted a slouchy looking stylish beanie. This is not that. The picture is deceiving.

Was not as pictured. Was way too big for a female head, gave it to my brother who has a much larger head. The hat was stiff and stood straight up. Was very displeased.

Material is VERY soft, especially compared to another beanie I bought from Amazon. It's also pretty thin, which isn't a bad thing if you live in Texas, like me, where it doesn't get blisteringly cold but does have quite a comfortable spring/fall to layer up. Really liked how it was longer than most beanies, which I guess could be used to fold up to make it feel thicker, but I liked it because I'm planning on growing my hair out again and it feels like it'll hold a ponytail nicely without looking awkward which definitely works for the ladies interested in the beanie.

I don't know about the no-slouch review, as when I received mine, it had the same slouch as seen in the picture. It's in good condition and meets my expectations just fine.
