We bought this hat for a trip to Costa Rica. It provides good sun protection for the face (and I my case bald spot) but also has mesh that breathes and is lightweight. It also fit my XL cranium with a bit to spare, but had cords to cinch it up! Will use it a lot stateside, good product.

Nice item....fits great and very light weight....the pocket on the top great added feature....it's vented on top so you can wear it even in hot weather
