I think this hat is the best purchase I've made this summer. I've worn it numerous times already. I wore it to Staten Island Pride the first time, and it got great reviews from everyone who saw me wearing it! Not only does the hat look great and add a lot of character and personality to any outfit, but it keeps my head cool and comfortable and keeps the sun out of my eyes. It's also standing up to multiple uses very well. I purchased another straw hat from a well-known catalog company, and it was poorly made, badly constructed, with bad straw and the first time I wore it, the straw started to become ragged and frayed. I only wore it one day! Not so with this hat! This hat still looks brand-new after multiple wearings. This hat is very well-made. My head is 22 1/4 inches, and the small/medium fit me just fine. Inside the brim is a cotton sweatband, and it helps keep your head cool and dry, and keeps the sweat out of your eyes.

For comfort and distinction, you can't beat this hat!

Good hat. I use it as my primary golf hat. Its light and cool. I would buy another. The weave is rather course for a Panama hat, but otherwise, its a good buy.

Nice hat. Good value. Light,cool and comfortable. Looks as sharp on my oversized melon as it did in the picture. Only gripe I have is paying $14.99 for standard S&H on a $40 hat. Not a show stopper, since I love the hat, but not thrilled with paying that much for regular mail. Post office is as much to blame as the seller, so I'll keep it at five stars.
