This is an excellent hat, and a bargain at its price: excellent leather, well-constructed, fine looking. I also liked the cordial note the seller includes in the box. The only problem I had was that it was too small. I usually wear a 6 7/8 hat, so I ordered the small/medium, but it was much too tight, so I returned it. I could have exchanged it for the large size, but I was afraid it would be too large. I think the manufacturer would do well to offer more options on size. The sizing problem is the only reason I did not give the product 5 stars. Returning the hat was no problem, which was also appreciated.

Pros:

* solid construction

* top quality, thick leather with a wonderful grain

* it's not lined (you see the seude in the inside)

Cons:

* I've found that the size runs small

I wear 7 1/8 sized hats, which normally translates into Medium. I ordered one in black sized S/M, and it was way too tight. However I thought the quality so high that I then ordered one in brown in X/XL, and it fits perfectly. I love the black S/M though, so decided to try a hat stretcher in it, and it worked beautifully. One night did the trick, and the hat now fits well, and no stretch marks can be seen.

My recommendation is to order one size up if you wear Medium, and you'll be happy.

This cap is very well made. What you see in the picture is what the cap actually looks like. To me the cap seems to run a little small. The one I order was a large/extra large. I will try and improvise and have a liner put in the interior of the cap. The cap was ordered on 1/22/2013 and I received it on 1/26/2013. This was with regular shipping. The color of the cap was exactly as pictured and nearly perfectly matches the leather coat I intend to wear it with. What made it most specially is that I receive a thank you note from the seller. Now how nice is that! This absolutely made me feel special. I would definitely buy from this seller again. Thank you so much for your outstanding service. Packaging was well thought out and the cap was received with no wrinkles.
