The wool is loose-knit and lets the cold air right through. My head and ears are freezing wearing this hat. I will have to buy a new hat and throw this one in the garbage.

I love Dakine hats, especially the Brodie beanie. I have the Brodie in the Rasta and the Charcoal (with the blue stripes). These hats are of very nice quality, I particularly like that it is lined with fleece. It is very warm and fits well. These well-made hats are very soft and comfortable. Great color selections! I have had mine for over a year, and they still look nice and have maintained their quality.

I know people tend to say things like that, but i this is actually my favorite beanie. I do not have the face for beanies, so rarely ware them but this one looks nice on me. Here is some more useful information: It is very warm, fits well, might be a little big for people with small heads, is very soft, extremely comfortable, looks nice, is well made (i have had it for over a year and it still looks nice), and is light weight. Anyone looking for this style beanie i would highly recommend this product. My friends have borrowed it, or swapped with me and everyone really likes it. The blue in it is fun and adds some much needed color to my cold weather gear. If you purchase one i hope you like it as much as I do.
