Ordered this hat expecting to get a white hat..The hat is beige. I'm planning on keeping it though because it looks pretty good. I measured around my head with a paper tape measure and ordered the size accordingly...It fits nice.

I finally broke down and purchased another quality panama hat, which I haven't worn with any regularity since 1971!. Yes, I am an OG,. But I have travelled extensively around the world, and, by fa,r the most pervasive style of hat worn by men anywhere is consistently the classic fedora-style panama hat. From the tropics to Russia. From the South of France to Jackson Hole, it is the most have in every man's wardrobe. Sadly, over the years I was intimidated by the occasional fades, until I realize it wasn't fades but ignorance why younger men today schlep through life forever stuck with the typical worn jeans and t-shirt for their only casual wardrobe. I finally regained mine from forty years ago, and as a result I regained the individuality and self-confidence I had so ferociously in my youth. Now I'm 60, and have it again, ... with more twenty-something year old cuties hitting on me than I ever imagine would be possible when I got this age!

I am serious! Please! Whether you're 20 or 60, a woman can't resist a man who knows how to dress as confidently as he is. They're as tire of seeing the scleps of the world around them as men are of seeing women; for instance, who don't have a clue, nor care how they look or dress. It goes both ways! Trust me! Buy a nice quality and style Panama hat as your basic accessory for a better wardrobe, and I don't care what your age is or how you look...you'll get women's attention. Used their size chart and measured my head, ordered accordingly, to big. Sent it back for next size down on chart, to big agian sent it back, would only let me exchange twice then i had to reorder and went two sizes down on their chart, to big for the 3ed time. Sent it back for refund and gave it up. It seems like they were all about the same size but just had different tags on them, for this much money the hat needs to fit without rolling up a news paper in it or using their "sizers" that they offer you to not send it back. What is a hat sizer anyway? "fancy" rolled up newspaper? I didnt get to wear it but it was very light and flexable and quite attractive. If you can luck out on your size better than i did, it would be a nice topper to wear around town.
