I needed a summer hat for work, and this was actually the most cost effective. Although it's white and gets dirty eaily, I work for a highway crew, so "looks" aren't really that important --but it keeps the dust and bugs out of my hair, and the sun from burning my head. -I gave this a 4 star rating --only because the hat doesn't comform to my head, but fits like a "dork" hat higher on my head, as there is a lot of "space" above my head when I put it on -----OF COURSE, this is probably the same reason this hat keeps my head cool, because of lots of air movement in the hat -----------so it's good to be cool even if the hat makes me look "dorky" --LOL

I needed a good, but inexpensive cap and found it right here. It fits well, has lasted quite some time, and has retained it's shape.
