Wounded Warrior Project is a great program for our brothers & sisters in arms and I enjoyed the idea of supporting that program. That being said, received my hat a day early which was great. Unfortunately it has a "pull" or snag in it right out of the package, location front/top. Hat was wrapped in factory plastic pouch, so I know it was new. I guess when an item is labeled "Made in China", one can rest assured that their QC (Quality Control) program is deplorable at best. I noticed it right away out of the package. Will keep the UA Beanie and wear proudly, I work with many Ex-military personal. Bought it new,looks used. Not okay for a hat which cost $25.00. Portion of my money went to a great cause, that's my comfort.
