I ordered a green hat with similar size description and that hat fit perfectly for my 7.25" head. This hat, with the same description as being medium/large barely fits at the last notch on the back. Not an accurate description and a monetary loss for me since I can't wear the item. Will likely give away.

Therefore, for those of you with larger heads, stay away from this item.
