"WYSIWYG". This hat has "permanent" shape. What the picture shows is what it will look like on your head. What I mean by "permanent" shape is that it comes with a removeable semi stiff backing for the crown. What that means is that the crown (that's the front of the cap, just behind the bill) will retain its upright shape. Most other hats of this style are glorified cotton "do-rags", that have no particular shape to their crown. The only "con" I have, is that the bill is curved, like you might expect in a baseball cap. If I had my "d'ruthers", I would have opted for a flat bill. Other than that, this hat is the cat's meow. Having ordered one, I'm going back to order more.

P.S. If the "Dickies" logo on the exterior sweat band offends you, a black magic marker will take care of that concern!!!

This is a great, well made hat. Like the other review said it holds it shape well. BUT........If you have a hat size where most "one size fit's all" don't fit. This hat will not fit your head.(large-x large size) Disappointed I have to send it back and a larger size is not available. 4 stars because it is a great hat.

But sizing is off. I ordered a SM/MED, it was much larger than other hats I have ordered. Seems a good quality so far and nice style. Would have been perfect if it fit.

This hat is great quality, double lining, looks great, etc. But Large/Extra Large was too small, and not forgiving at all. It would have been the perfect cap, but was way too small.

Not adjustable, so a bit snug to the head. More large than extra-large. Sizing measurement would have been more helpful.
