I absolutely love dickies my whole wardrobe is all dickies but this hat was a huge disappointment the L/XL is more like a S/M, good thing my sisters birthday is close or I'd be super pissed I wasted my hard earned money

I ordered both a Navy and a Black cap in the same Large/XLarge. The Navy is definitely a Large/XLarge size, but the Black is not. I returned the cap and received a replacement cap and the sizing is still off. The size rcvd in the Black is more of a Medium than the expected Large/XLarge size

This is not very large and too tight for the intended wearer. The two sizes fit "most" doesn't help larger guys.
