The hat arrived as promised. It is being used as part of a costume in a play. It looks great and the material is the best.

The materials used in this hat are top-notch, and the embroidering is very nice. However, it seems to be sized more for a 10-year old child than an adult. With the rear Velcro adjustment tab completely unfastened, the hat STILL won't fit onto my head without considerable force and then it doesn't look right because the bill of the hat is narrower than the hat itself. It's too bad, because the hat itself looks GREAT.

Note: I'm 6'-4" tall, male, average build. The hat might work fine for men with smaller-builds, or for women.
