This is my second Kavu nylon hat. It is fast drying, lightweight, has a dark underbrim, an adjustable band, it is made in USA and washable.

This cap repels water and has a large enough "bill" to keep sun out of your eyes. I was disappointed that the band around the cap was NOT the same as the one I chose online. The one I got has blue/gray design. The one I chose had black and white vertical bars or stripes. If you live in a rainy area, this cap will work for you. It's also very well made in the USA.

I could not wear this hat. One half hour in 80 heat and my head was drenched. The hat may be good against outside water, but unfortunately the water is accumulating under the hat in the form of sweat from my head.
