First off this is a great hat. Make sure you go one size above the size you measure though, but if it doesn't fit, you can easily shrink or stretch it( just go to ushanka.com and email them). It will feel weird at first because it is leather but it will be broken in in about 2-3 days if you wear it each day. After it is broken in it is very comfortable and it is basically a mold of your head.the fur is very soft, likewise the leather is of very high quality too. Overall is is extremely sturdily built and will last 10+ years with little care.so before I had this i used an ushanka from a sporting goods store in the us it was a good hat too but in no way compared to this. In conclusion it is a bit pricey but worth every penny if you live or work in a cold environment
