A traditional hat protects your head from things like the sun or bugs getting into your hair; but what if there was a hat that did more than that? Well, the Mitchell & Ness Washington Bullets snapback doesn't only protect your head, but it also looks very stylish. Also, since it's a snapback, you never have to worry about growing out of it because you can adjust its size. Unfortunately, this stylish and convenient hat costs a little more than the average hat. One might consider purchasing the Mitchell & Ness Washington Bullets snapback for a stylish and convenient hat but won't mind spending a few extra dollars.

The Washington Bullets are an expired basketball team that eventually turned into the current day Washington Wizards. Since this team doesn't exist any longer, this makes the hat much more stylish and valuable. The snapback consists of a blue bill, a red fabric that covers the actual head, and a blue snap on the back of the hat to adjust its size. Since the colors are so generic, the consumer can pretty much wear whatever with the hat and still have it match their outfit that they are wearing.

The snap that's located on the back of the hat allows one to adjust the size so that they may keep wearing the hat no matter how big one's head may grow. Also, since hair can also attribute to head size to be either bigger or smaller, the consumer doesn't have to worry about making sure his/hers hair when it comes to wearing the hat. One could have long hair or short hair and still wear the hat because of its convenience with its adjustable snap. Compared to a fitted hat, which is measured by the diameter of the head, it was always important to make sure that their head was the same size. For example, when fitted hats were popular, I always had to make sure that my hair length stayed the same because my hair would interfere with the size of my head. With the snapback, though, I don't have to worry about letting my hair grow out because I know I can adjust the hat's size and I never have to worry about not being able to wear it.

Unfortunately, with its stylish look and the convenience of being able to adjust the size, along with being a very hot item in style at the moment, it does come with a price to pay. Most snapbacks range between $15.99 and $25.99. The Mitchell & Ness Washington Bullets Snapback, considering that it's an expired team and contains generic colors to match just about anything, is priced at $45.90. It may be a little on the expensive side, but it's still worth the investment!

Personally, I thought that this product was a great product overall. It is comfortable, stylish, and looks good with just about anything. The only down fall to the product was its pricing. At $45.90, I could have bought two or even three hats. As it's been stated before, since the team that's on the hat is expired, it increases its value. Since the item isn't common, the hat will always turn heads and one is sure to be complimented for its sleek look and unfamiliar basketball team. My favorite part about this hat is that this is what I refer to as a "'90s look." Snapbacks were extremely popular in the ‘90s, and the fact that they made a comeback really makes me want to wear and buy even more of them.

If a hat wearer is looking for a great looking hat to keep up with fashion and doesn't want to wear the same hat that everybody else seems to be wearing, this is the hat to purchase. There's nothing wrong with going outside the box when it comes to fashion. So if standing out and going outside the norm sounds like it may interest you, this would be the perfect hat to buy!
