Light yet breathable for cool runs. Fits pretty snugly and when it is new, it tends to ride up your head. But after a few runs, it fits great! Thin enough that you forget you have it on & can wear it under a bike helmet or another hat or ear band.

I wear skull caps for exercise and under a hard had. I always end up with a dent across my forehead from the seam of the cap. (My son, seeing me once just after I took off the cap, said I looked like I had a lobotomy). This cap has no seam, hence no dent. Very comfortable for long periods, and does a great job of absorbing sweat.
