I have discovered that a standard for caps that are marked S-M-L-XL does not exist. If you order online it's going to be hit or miss. Some other reviewers for different sellers commented that particular product was too small even tho it stated "fits up to XL". I have been searching for this color and style but couldn't find locally. So I ordered this "big size" to be safe. I ordered the 2XL and it was a tad small. Fortunately there is an elastic band in back, which I clipped and now the cap is a perfect fit.

The cap is made of a good quality cotton but the construction is not perfect. Is it worth $9.99?,absolutely. Am I picky?,absolutely. Will I wear it in public?, absolutely.

I ordered on 05/07/13 and recieved via USPS on 05/09/13.

As usual Amazon processed quickly and the seller responded in kind. If you're looking for a good cap to knock around in then I highly recommend. The seller does offer a larger size but instead of returning a $9.99 item, I snipped the elastic band and it works for me.
